Founder & Real Estate Professional
Zhané James is a Georgia-licensed real estate professional with experience spanning residential real estate, multifamily property operations, and property performance. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing.
Her background in multifamily housing has provided hands-on experience across both property-level and portfolio-level operations. Throughout her career, Zhané has supported residential portfolios encompassing 30+ multifamily assets, gaining experience in leasing operations, resident retention, renewals, delinquency management, property reporting, vendor coordination, occupancy performance, and day-to-day operational strategy.
She founded James Key Management to bring these areas of experience together and provide investors, property owners, and real estate operators with practical, research-driven real estate consulting and advisory services.
